Mama Rosa's Root Vegetable Medley

    Turnips, 1 large
    Sweet potato
    potatoes 2 medium (2" dia, 5" long, raw)
    Beets, boiled, 2 cup slices
    *OXO - vegetable, 2 servings
    1 C water


Cut up vegetables and put in pan with vegatable stock mixed in water. Bake covered in oven at 350 for one hour.
