Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients

    1 pkg. Bear Creek Tortilla Soup Mix
    7 c. water
    14 1/2 oz. Del Monte Diced Tomatoes
    14 oz. Low Sodium Tomato juice
    4 oz. chopped green chilies
    16 oz. Chicken breast, cooked, skinless, shredded

Directions

Put all ingreditents into crock pot on low and cook 6 hours.

Serving size is 1 cup, and for WW people it is 2 points.

I serve it with low carb tortillas, cut into strips and sauted, with low fat cheese and low fat sour cream. This does make the points and calories go up, but with it only being 155 calories to being with it is not a huge problem.
