Introduction

Used chicken breasts and reduced fat soups to save on the calories. Combined with egg noodles, sour cream and bread crumb topping, this meal is easy to prepare and yummy! Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 pkg. Egg Noodles
    2 cups Sour Cream, reduced fat
    1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free)
    1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 cup Bread crumbs
    1/2 stick Butter
    5 Chicken Breasts

Directions

Either purchase cooked/canned chicken or boil chicken breasts (let cool and remove bones/skin). Shred or tear into pieces in casserole dish. Mix together the two soups and sour cream. Combine with egg noodles and chicken. Add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top and pour melted butter over. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until brown.

Serving Size: Makes 8 1.5 cup servings
