Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

Lettuce, red leaf (salad), 3 cup washed, dried and torn

Red wine Vinegar, .5 tbsp or to taste

Extra Virgin Olive Oil, .5 tbsp or to taste

Sunflower Seeds, with salt added, 28 grams (maybe a palmful)

Romano Cheese, .25 oz fresh grated

Baby Carrots, raw, 6 sliced into 'disks'

Celery, raw, 2 tbsp sliced into 'crescents'

    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Salt, 1 cup

Directions

Wash and dry lettuce and tear into peices that are bite sized (any kind will do but i prefer baby romaine or red leaf).

Slice carrots and celery and put on salad.
Drizzle salad with olive oil to taste
Sprinkle red wine vinegar to taste

TOSS Salad,
Then crush black pepper and sprinkle with sea salt.

Grate parmesan or romano cheese (any hard cheese finely grated) just a 'taste' it adds good flavor, use enough to sprinkle evenly over the top. Maybe a couple of teaspoons of fluffy freshly grated cheese.

you can add nuts or sunflower seeds as well but that'll up your calorie count per serving.

You can also add a cooked chicken breast, or slices of pork or turkey tenderloin (add 150cal approx to total)
