Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Introduction

This is a nice and thick smoothie. I use the frozen fruit in order to thicken it up. You could use fresh fruit, but you would need to add ice cubes to thicken it up. Ingredients

    1 Cup of Orange Juice (I use Tropicana - Never from Concentrate)
    2 Cups of Frozen Strawberries and Bananas (Dole sells a bag of them combined)
    1/4 Cup of Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
    (optional) a little bit of Stevia to sweeten it up

Directions

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

Serving Size: Makes 1 serving
