2 ½ cups of Chicken Broth
1 cup of Orzo
1 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
1 Tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
4 Tbsp Freshly Grated Parmesan (Parmiggiano Reggiano)
2) Add the broth, bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes
3) Take the pan off of the burner and add the cheese and parsley. Salt and pepper can be added to taste. The cheese is already salty, so be sure not to add too much.
