Beef, round steak, 8 oz
Shrimp, raw, 4 oz
White Rice, long grain, 2 cup
Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tsp
Garlic, 6 tsp
Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 7 serving
Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can, 1 cup
Diced Chilies, 8 serving
Good Seasons Italian Recipe Mix, 19 gram(s)
Campbell's Cream of Chicken & Mushroom (1 can), 305 gram(s)
Onion powder, 1 tbsp
Allspice, 1 tsp
Pepper, black, 1 dash
Oregano, ground, .1 tsp
Olive Oil, 1 tsp
Pesto alla Genovese - Basil Pesto (1/4 cup = 1 Serving), .25 serving (1 tbsp)
Alternately, you can have this dish without the pesto'd rice...
Place beef rounds in bottom of pot.
Drizzle olive oil over beef.
Season beef with onion powder, Allspice, black pepper and dried oregano flakes.
Sprinkle part of the Italian Seasoning mix over contents of the pot.
Add one part of diced chilies.
Add cream of chicken & mushroom soup.
Add other part of diced chilies.
Drain and add green beans.
Add tomatoes with juices.
Add remainder of Italian Seasoning mix.
Cover and set on Low.
Shortly prior to serving, boil water and cook rice. When the rice starts to absorb the water, mix in the tablespoon of pesto.
