Almond, Peanut, and Pumpkin Seed Granola Bars

Introduction

Sugar free and delicious! Feel free to swap for different kinds of nuts or seeds, add fruit or chocolate chips (minus from nuts). Sugar free and delicious! Feel free to swap for different kinds of nuts or seeds, add fruit or chocolate chips (minus from nuts).
Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    3 cups rolled oats
    1 cup almonds, chopped
    1 cup peanuts, chopped
    1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
    1/2 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
    1 tsp salt

    2 eggs
    2.25 cups skim milk
    2 tsp vanilla

Directions

Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients in seperate bowl and add to dry. Mix well. Pour into parchment paper lined cookie sheet or 9 x 13 pan. Bake for about 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

Serving Size: Makes 18 bars
