Ingredients

    6 Carrots, cut into 2-inch pieces
    3 medium sweet potatoes, quartered
    1 to 1.5 lbs boneless ham
    1 cup maple syrup

Directions

1. Arrange carrots and potatoes in bottom of Crock-Pot slow cooker to from rack.
2. Place ham on top of vegetables. Pour syrup over ham and vegetables. Cover; cook on LOW 7 to 8 hours.
