Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups chickpeas
    3/4 tsp baking powder
    1/8 tsp baking soda
    1/8 tsp salt
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    1-2 tsp vanilla extract
    1/4 cup quick oats
    1/4 cup peanut butter
    1/2 cup chocolate chips

Directions

Put all ingredients except chocolate chips in food processor and blend until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips. Spread in 8in by 8in pan. Bake at 350 for about 40min This should look "underdone" in the middle when you take it out of the oven but will set up as it sit.

Serving Size: makes 12-15 bars
