    Kraft Parmesan Cheese, 48 tsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    good seasons italian dressing mix, 1.02 gram(s)
    *4C Breadcrumbs Panko Seasoned (8oz), 60 gram(s)

Directions

cut chicken breast into 16 tenders mix all dry ingredients in a bowl dip chicken in water then dredge through dry mix until thoroughly covered place on cookie sheet sprayed with olive oil pam bake @ 400 for 25-30 min serve with favorite pasta
