Introduction

Believe it or not this simple cake will make a wonderful breakfast or snack. Believe it or not this simple cake will make a wonderful breakfast or snack.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2.5 Cups Powdered Milk
    2 2/3 Cups Old Fashioned Oatmeal
    2 teaspoons Baking Powder
    2 teaspoons Baking Soda
    1 teaspoon Cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon Ground Cloves
    1/2 teaspoon Allspice
    2.5 Cups Apple Sauce
    1 Cup Raisins
    1/2 Cup Walnuts

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients together
Add Applesauce
Mix gently
Place in Bunt Pan that has been sprayed with pam
Bake at 350 for approximately 45 minutes
Cool and Cut into individual servings

Keeps in refrigerator for no more that 2 weeks.
