Ground beef, lean, 8 oz (remove)
Nabisco Ritz Crackers (5 crackers), 3 serving (remove)
*Ketchup, Heinz, 2 tbsp (remove)
Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
Basil, 1 tbsp (remove)
Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp (remove)
Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Mushrooms, canned, .5 cup (remove)
Soup, bouillon cubes and granules, low sodium, dry, 3 teaspoon (remove)
Garlic powder, 1.5 tbsp (remove)
Garlic, 6 cloves (remove)
Onions, raw, 1 small (remove)
White Wine, 4 fl oz (remove)
Orzo, 5 oz
Spinach, fresh, 3 cup (remove)
Combine remaining water, wine and orzo. Bring to a quick boil, and reduce to a simmer for 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except spinach. Bring to a boil and then simmer until orzo is tender. Adjust seasonings and water level to taste or serving needs.
Shred spinach into serving bowl. Top with 1/6 of meatballs. Ladle healthy servings of soup over spinach & meatballs. Serve with fresh cracked pepper, a lemon wedge, and optional parmesan cheese.
