IntroductionMy own version... My own version...
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup organic chicken broth
1 1/3 cups uncooked, long-grain white rice
2 tsp corn oil
2 tbsp chopped red pepper
2 tbsp chopped onion
1 large egg, beaten
240 grams of cooked, peeled shrimp
1/4 tsp sage
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp black pepper
Meanwhile, heat oil in a skillet. Saute the onion, and peppers. Add the shrimp and cook for a minute or so.
Then add the beaten egg. Whisk the egg as it cooks.
Then, add the rice and seasonings.
This recipe makes four servings, of approx 11/2 cups each.
