Introduction

Multi-bean and vegetable taco soup Multi-bean and vegetable taco soup
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 lbs ground beef, 4% fat
    1 C frozen chopped onions
    2 14.5 oz cans diced tomatoes
    1 10.5 oz can tomatoes with green chilis
    2 14.5 oz cans red beans
    1 14.5 oz can great northern beans
    1 14.5 oz can black beans
    1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
    1 packet taco seasoning mix
    2 C water
    1 tsp minced garlic

Directions

Spray skillet with cooking spray. Brown ground beef with onions, approximately 5 minutes. Transfer to large pot, add remaining ingredients, all undrained. Stir well. Cook on medium low heat for 60 minutes.

Make 10 one cup servings.
