Introduction

An ideal (and delicious!) way to pump up protein when you've had a low day. An ideal (and delicious!) way to pump up protein when you've had a low day.

Ingredients

    1 cup frozen sweet pitted cherries
    1 cup Silk Lite Plaiin Soy Milk
    1 scoop EAS AdvantEdge Soy Protein Chocolate Drink Mix

Tips

If you don't have a Ninja, use high powered blender.


Directions

In Ninja, whip soy milk and protein powder. Add frozen cherries and process until skins are small enough to fit through a straw. Pour into serving glass(es)

Serving Size: 1 large serving for a meal or or 2 small shakes for snacks
