No Bake Peanut Butter-Macaroon Balls

Introduction

Chewy, peanut-buttery, coconutty, and chocolatey deliciousness! Plus, super easy to make. Chewy, peanut-buttery, coconutty, and chocolatey deliciousness! Plus, super easy to make.
Number of Servings: 29

Ingredients

    1 c. oats
    1/2 c. peanut butter or other nut butter
    1/3 c. honey
    1 c. coconut flakes
    1/2 c. ground flaxseed
    1/2 c. mini chocolate chips
    1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Mix together all ingredients (I use my hands to mix everything thoroughly). Chill in refrigerator for 1 hr. Once chilled, roll into balls. Store in the refrigerator.

Serving Size: Makes 29 1-inch balls
