Cottage Cheese, Nonfat, .5 cup
Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 tbsp
Sweet Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
Red Peppers, fresh, .25 cup, chopped
Dill Pickles, .25 cup, chopped or diced
I made celery, carrot, cucumber, and red pepper sticks to dip.
