Ingredients

1 pkg celery, sliced
1 small onion, chopped
1 T. olive oil
1 can bean sprouts, drained
1 can (7 oz.) sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 can baby corn, drained
2 c. cooked, cut up chicken
3 T. corn starch
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. soy sauce
10 oz chicken broth
Tips
Directions
In a large pot, saute celery & onion in oil until crisp/tender. Add bean sprouts, water chestnuts, baby corn & chicken. In a large bowl blend corn starch & water until smooth. Add chicken broth & soy sauce. Mix well & pour over meat & vegetables. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until thickened. Reduce heat to low, cover & simmer 10-15 minutes. Serve over cooked rice or chow mein noodles.
