Light Chicken Divan

Ingredients

    1 lb. chicken breast
    10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
    1 tbsp. dry sherry
    1 cup of water
    3 cups cooked brown rice

Directions

Cook brown rice according to instructions.
Season chicken with sea salt & pepper; cut up chicken into bite size pieces and stir fry until chcken is done;add broccoli, soup, sherry and water; bring to boil, then simmer until broccoli is tender.
Remove from heat and stir in cooked brown rice. Top with parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
