1 large egg, fork beaten
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
2 tbsp finely chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon crushed dried rosemary
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 lb ground lean beef
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
6 tbsp white vinegar
4 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp ketchup
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Have placed this in a crock-pot to marinate the flavour of the sauce all the way through.
While meatballs are cooking, add the sauce ingredients into a sauce pan, heating and stirring until boiling. Cover over cooked meatballs.
Serving Size: Makes about 40 1 inch meatballs. Serves 6.
