Venison Stroganoff

Ingredients

    1 tbsp canola oil
    1/2 cup chopped onions
    1 lb pressure cooked venison
    2 cans tomato soup
    1 tbsp worchestershire saucce
    1 cup fresh mushrooms
    1/2 cup light sour cream

Directions

pressure cook 1 lb of venison roast according to cookers directions. Saute onions and mushrooms in oil, add venison, (reserve any liquid from pressure cooker) tomato soup and worchestershire. Add in some of the reserved liquid if too thick. Break venison into pieces in pan, then add sour cream. Serve when hot over noodles.
