Butternut Roasted Squash

Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 small butternut squash, peeled, de seeded and chopped 1- inch x 1- inch squares
    1 teaspoon chili flakes
    2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    Salt and pepper, to taste
    1 tablespoon opal basil, chopped

Directions

Mix all ingredients (except basil) and place on a foil lined 1/2 sheet tray.

Roast in a 325 degree Fahrenheit oven for about 13 15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked. Garnish with basil.
