Asian Quinoa Teriyaki Wraps

Introduction

So filling and delicious! Just a hint of teriyaki and great hot or cold! So filling and delicious! Just a hint of teriyaki and great hot or cold!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1/4 cup onion chopped
    1/2 cup zucchini shredded
    1/2 a small carrot shredded
    1/2 cup dry quinoa, makes 1 cup cooked
    1/2 cup imitation crab meat
    6 rice paper wraps
    1 tsp grapeseed oil
    Kraft marinade and dressing sets in Asian inspired flavors 2 tbsps of each

Tips

You could substitute any shrimp, or chicken meat or even serve vegetarian. Add in some raw veggies for crunch. This versatile mix could have so many variations!!!


Directions

Cook quinoa as package says
chop onions and cook over medium heat with grapeseed oil.
Add shredded zucchinni and carrots. Cook gently. for 5 minutes.
Add Marinade dressing and cook for 5 minutes.
Turn off heat and add crab meat. Let sit for 5 minutes, then add dressing from set.
prepare rice paper as set out, and half quinoa mixture. Half is for one, half is for the other serving.
Divide each half portion between 3 wraps and roll them. Serve and enjoy~

Serving Size: 3 wraps with half of mixture split between them
