    - 184g. canned pumpkin
    - 100g. banana, fresh
    - 101g. pears, canned
    - 22g. spinach, fresh
    - 99g. kiwifruit, fresh
    - 0.25 fl. oz. of Nature Valley's liquid vitamins
    - 20g. whey protein powder, by MRM
    - 3oz. water

Directions

Put everything into the blender, and mix until there are no chunks.
