Ingredients

    1/2 medium banana
    1 Cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
    1 scoop whey protein
    1 Cup almond milk
    1 Cup water
    1 T Chia seeds

Directions

Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and creamy. To make it more "creamy", let it set for 15 minutes or more to let the chia seeds absorb the water and become "gel-like", then stir or blend more. YUM!
