Whole Wheat Lasagne

Ingredients

1% Cottage Cheese
Pkg. 300g. Frozen Spinach
2 eggs
Pasta Sauce
Whole Wheat Lasagne noodles
1 pound, lean ground Beef
Cheese
Canola oil
Directions
-Brown beef in pan...
Once beef is cooked, add pasta sauce.
-Boil water for noodles, once boiling. add noodles....coo for about 7-8 min. Drain.
-cook spinach, drain.
-Beat eggs, add oil and cottage cheese.
Assemble in pan.
Start with 1/2 meat sauce.
next a layer of noodles
Next spinach,
then cottage cheese
Then another layer of noodles
then add the rest of the meat sauce.
Top it off with the last laye of noodlesThen sprinkle with cheese
Bake at 375 for 50-60 min
