Silk Sweet Tooth Smoothie

Introduction

A delicious and nutritious snack that you will want to have when you have that crazy sweet tooth. A delicious and nutritious snack that you will want to have when you have that crazy sweet tooth.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 C. Soy Light Chocolate Soy Milk
    (You can use regular or even chocolate almond milk the calculator is using light.)
    2 Tbsp. Smooth Peanut Butter
    1 Medium to Large Banana chopped and frozen over night.
    A small dash of honey

Directions

Chop up one medium to large banana and place it in a freezable bag of container. Chill in freezer over night.
In a blender add all ingredients (including the frozen banana) and blend on medium to high speed until very well blended.
This smoothie is very thick but very delicious!

Serving Size: Makes 1 smoothie
