Cold Veggie Pizza

Introduction

Scrumptious cold veggie pizza. Great for parties as an appetizer or for a fun alternative to dinner on any day! Scrumptious cold veggie pizza. Great for parties as an appetizer or for a fun alternative to dinner on any day!
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 cup sour cream
    1 8oz pkg fat free cream cheese
    1 packet dry ranch dip mix
    2 pkgs of crescent rolls
    1 cup chopped red bell pepper
    1 cup chopped fresh broccoli
    1/4 cup chopped green onion
    1/4 cup shredded mexican cheese


Tips

you need 2 cookie sheets. Feel free to sub any veggies you want. I have shredded carrot before, used cauliflower and mushrooms. Be creative :)


Directions

roll out crescent rolls on cookie sheet in one large piece. Press edges of individual rolls together making one sheet. bake in preheated oven per pkg directions. They will cook more quickly because they are rolled out flat. Keep a close eye on them so the bottom does not burn.

Mix well cream cheese, sour cream and dry ranch mix in bowl. Set aside

chop up your veggies.

When the base of the pizza is cooked and cooled top with ranch mix, sprinkle with shredded cheese and top with veggies.
