Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients

3/4 c quick cook oats
1/2 c skim milk
1 med onion, peeled
2 lbs turkey ground
1/2 c bell pepper, red
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c ketchup
salt and pepper
8 oz tomato sauce
Directions
Preheat over to 350
Thinly slice 1/2 of the onion, dice the remaining onion, set aside
Combine all ingredients with the exception of the tomato sauce and diced onion.
Transfer the to a 9"x13" baking dish and shape into a loaf
Pour tomato sauce on top and sprinkle onions on sauce
Bake for 1 hr or until an instant read thermometer reads 160 degrees
Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes
