20 oz 93/7 ground turkey
1 c. chopped onion ( 1/2 large)
1 tsp minced garlic
28 oz can Cento Crushed Tomatoes ( they are low sodium)
2-15 oz can no salt added red kidney beans
15 oz can pumpkin puree
2 tsp sodium free beef bouillion
2.5 c water
2 medium zucchini chopped (peeled optional)
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1.5 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
you may use 1/2 oz unsweetened baking chocolate instead of cocoa, but it will increase calories and fat.
