Introduction

Delicious shake, high in protein! Delicious shake, high in protein!

Ingredients

    1/2 C non-fat Greek Yogurt
    1/2 C Fat-Free Milk
    2/3 C Organic canned pumpkin
    1 Scoop Protein Powder
    2 T Applesauce, unsweetend
    1t vanilla
    1 t cinnamon
    1/2 C water



Directions

Put all ingredients together in blender and blend for 30 seconds.

Enjoy a wonderful, nutrition packed beverage.
