Whole wheat spaghetti style pasta (dry), 7 oz
Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces
Garlic, 3 clove
Crushed Chili Pepper Flakes, 1.5 tsp
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 4 tbsp
Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 2 tbsp
Strain spaghetti and place in a large serving dish.
Add minced garlic, chili pepper flakes, olive oil, salt, and pepper into saute pan and mix together well. Add chicken pieces and saute until chicken is served through.
Top spaghetti with entire contents of saute pan and sprinkle with shredded parmesan.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
