Ingredients

    1 scoop Sci-Mx GRS-5 Protein System (Choc cream)
    1 Egg, fresh,
    2 tbsp pure organic cocoa powder
    1 Avocado
    1 tsp Coconut Oil
    5 tbsp Coconut Flour
    5 tbsp Tiana Coconut milk (or to what consistency you like)
    Capful of Vanilla Essence
    2 tbsp Xylitol
    1 tbsp Almond Butter

Tips

Add more flour or more coconut milk if you want to change the consistency.


Directions

Put in blender. Blend. Yum
