Crock Pot Beef Stew

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb chuck roast cut into 1 inch dice
    1 28 ounce can of diced tomatoes
    1/4 cup diced onion
    1 lb baby carrots
    5 unpeeled red potatoes, diced
    3 cups water
    dash salt
    dash pepper
    1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
    1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
    1/4 cup flour
    1/2 cup water


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a crock pot.

Set on high for 4 hours (or low for 6 - 8 hours).

Combine 1/4 cup flour and 1/2 cup water and whisk together.

Lift the lid off of the crockpot and stir the flour and water mixture into the stew.

Cook on high until slightly thickened.

Serving Size: 8 servings
