Introduction

I started this as a makeover recipe and ended up changing everything. So this is a new creation. :) It is my Mad Scientist experiment with Chicken Chili- Enjoy! I started this as a makeover recipe and ended up changing everything. So this is a new creation. :) It is my Mad Scientist experiment with Chicken Chili- Enjoy!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 Pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1 pkg HVR Fiesta Ranch dip mix
    1 Can (15.5oz) Great Northern Beans, undrained
    1 can pinto beans, undrained
    1 Can (14.5oz) Tomatoes, undrained
    1 Cups Water

    Topping
    Pinch of Mexican Style Shredded cheese on each serving as well as 1T of sour cream (already added to calorie count)

Tips

I cut up my canned tomatoes as I add them to my chili.


Directions

Cut chicken up into bite size pieces and brown in pan with preheated olive oil.

Add remaining ingredients; mix well
Simmer for approximately 30 minutes

Serving Size: 6 servings
