Ingredients

    1 cup low fat plain or vanilla yogurt
    ˝ large cucumber with peel
    1/8 c salt-free sesame seeds
    1 sprig Fresh dill weed
    1 tsp lemon juice
    1 clove garlic, minced
    ˝ tsp sea salt
    ˝ tsp pepper
