Fusilli tricolori pasta, 2oz Shrimp, cooked, 3 oz marinara pasta sauce, 0.25 cup Onions, raw, chopped, 1 small Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.25 cup, chopped Garlic, 1 clove, chopped Chili powder, 0.25 tsp Paprika, 0.25 tsp Tomatoes, 1 medium , chopped Romaine Lettuce (salad), 4 inner leaf, shredded Cucumber (with peel), 2oz, diced
Cook the pasta as directed on the packet. Spray a non-stick skillet with cooking spray and saute the garlic for 1 minute, then add the onion and saute for 2 minutes. Add the spices and peppers and cook for 2 minutes, then add the shrimps and marinara sauce and cook for a further 2 minutes. Toss with the pasta and add the chopped tomato. Serve on a bed shredded lettuce and cucumber.
