Introduction

Ingredients

    1 5oz Can Tuna in water
    2 Tbsp Mayo with Olive Oil, Reduced Fat
    1/4 Tsp Ginger, ground
    1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
    1/4 Tsp Onion Powder
    1/4 Tsp Dill Weed, dried

Tips

Adjust seasoning to preference. Decrease mayo for even less fat content.


Directions

Measure all ingredients into a bowl and mix with a spoon until blended well.

Serve cold for best flavor on thin bread, crackers, or roll into a lettuce leaf for a natural wrap.
