Potatoes white cooked or 2 large yams cooked totaling about 4 lbs
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (more if desired)
Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (more if desired)
*Hot Chili Peppers, 0.25 cup, diced or more if desired
Granulated Sugar, 0.3 cup amount depends on whether you use white potatoes or yam.
Raisins Mariani, 1 cup
Butter spreadable Breakstone's 1/4 cup
Tomato sauce Goya 10.5 oz
*Kitchen Bouquet - Browning Sauce - 1 tsp., 1 serving
Original recipe made with white potatoes but can use Puerto Rican yams or similar. Adjust sugar, raisins accordingly. Yam is not as sweet as white potato.
Serving Size: Makes about 8 servings 1 cup each
