Ingredients

    4 egg whites
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    drop of vanilla
    6 tblsp. sugar

Directions

Beat eggwhites, cream of tartar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
Gradually add sugar while beating.

Spoon on pie.
Sculpt a bit.
Bake 375 degrees for 5 minutes or until browned slightly.
Make the meringue just hours before serving so it doesn't "fall".
