Ingredients

    1 1/4 C. Flour
    1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
    1 Tbsp. Sugar
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    1 Large Beaten Egg
    1 C. Milk
    2 Tbsp. Canola Oil

Directions

Combine all ingredients & mix well. Pour onto hot oiled griddle. Flip when bubbles pop & edges are dry looking.
