Breakfast potato scramble

Ingredients

    2 lg +3 sm potatoes
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp I can't belive its not butter
    4 Tbsp Bacon bits

Directions

Heat butter in skillet. Dice potatoes and add to pan: brown. Add eggs and bacon bits. Scramble together til done. Season to taste
