Lamb and Lentil Soup

Introduction

A healthy spicy soup A healthy spicy soup
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    10 oz lamb chop, cut into small pieces
    1 cup of lentils
    2 cups of mixed vegetables
    1 cup of celery
    1 tbsp of Italian seasoning
    4 cubes of Knorr seasoning
    1 tbsp of thyme
    4 cups of water
    Salt and pepper to taste

Tips

I make mine quite spicy and it's yummy! I don't add oil since the lamb has some really good juice.


Directions

Bring a pot of water to boil
Add lentils and seasoning and let boil on medium heat for 16 minutes
Add lamb and return to boil for 5 minutes
Add vegetables and celery and simmer on low for 4 minutes
