Chicken Salad Dijon with Grapes and Apples

Got this from the Biggest Loser cookbook and adapted for my home Got this from the Biggest Loser cookbook and adapted for my home
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 c. roast chicken, skinless, chopped
    2 pita breads, whole wheat, halved
    2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
    3 tbsp. dijon mustard (I use dijon honey mustard)
    3 tbsp. plain Greek yogurt
    1/3 c. seedless grapes, halved
    1/3 c. apple, chopped
    1/3 c. celery, diced

Directions

Mix yogurt, mustard and olive oil well, added chopped chicken, fruit and celery. Stuff into a pita shell.

Serving Size: Makes four 1/2 pita sandwiches
