Winning "Fried" Chicken

Ingredients

    4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
    6 tbsp. plain Greek yogurt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    3 tbsp. basil leaves, dried
    2 tsp. oregano, dried
    1 tsp. thyme, dried
    Pinch salt and pepper
    1 c. bread crumbs (they recommend Panko)

Directions

Mix yogurt with the spices in a small bowl. Put bread crumbs in a small bowl. Cover chicken breast with yogurt mix and then bread crumbs. Place in a pan sprayed with Pam, cook for 10-15 minutes, turn over and cook for another 15 min.

Serving Size: Makes 4 chicken breasts
