Cauliflower Pizza Crust Base

Awesome low-carb base! Awesome low-carb base!

Ingredients

    150g cauliflower, minced
    1 egg white
    1 tbsp wholewheat flour
    1 tbsps oat meal
    1/2 tbsp olive oil
    minced garlic
    dried oregano and basil
    salt, pepper

Tips

Top with shredded chicken and roasted veggies and sprinkle it with mozzarella for a satisfying lunch!

Directions

1. Preheat oven to Gas Mark 6.
2. Combine all ingredients.
3. Spray baking sheet with PAM.
4. Spread mixture flat onto baking sheet.
5. Cook for about 25 30 minutes.
