Ingredients

    1 BANANA
    1 CUP MANGO CUBES
    1 CUP FROZEN BLACKBERRIES
    2 SCOOPS VANILLA WHEY PROTEIN POWDER
    1/2 CUP WATER
    1/4 CUP ORANGE JUICE
    1 TEASPOON HONEY
    2 TEASPOONS FLAX OIL

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into two glasses and serve as a quick breakfast.
