Ingredients

    Olive Oil
    Garlic
    Basil
    Tomatoes
    White Wine
    Shrimp
    Box of pasta

Tips

All the chopping can be done ahead of time but everything should be cooked as you wait for the pasta to come to a boil and cook...drain the pasta and toss with shrimp sauce, serve immediately


Directions

Cook Pasta according to package. While pasta is cooking, sauté garlic in olive oil for 1 minute then add the basil for another minute. Add the tomatoes and cook for 4-5 minutes. Add the white wine (1/2 - 1 cup) and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Add shrimp and cook til shrimp is pink. Drain pasta and toss with sauce. Salt and pepper to taste and serve with a pinch of fresh parmesan.
