1 cup Pumpkin Puree - canned or fresh
1 Egg - beaten
3 TBSP Agave Syrup
1/3 cup Irish Oatmeal
1/3 cup Wheat Germ
1/3 cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
3 TBSP Ground Flax Seed
1 TBSP Ground Cinnamon
1/3 cup Pumpkin Seeds
1/3 cup Almonds, chopped
1/3 cup Chopped Dates
Line a 9" X 13" cake pan with parchment paper.
Mix the wet ingredients together.
Then mix the dry ingredients together.
Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, then add the "add-ins".
Gently press into the baking pan.
Bake 35 minutes.
Lift parchment out of pan and cut into 24 bars while hot. Let cool and enjoy.
Serving Size: Makes 24 Granola Bars - each Bar is a Serving
